Heat And Plate
Meals arrive fresh, (not frozen) in compostable, recyclable or reusable packaging, with expiration dates, heating instructions and nutrition information.
For best results, heat your meals in the oven. We’ll text when your meals are on the way

Repeat
A few days before your next delivery, we’ll text with our recommendations. Stick with our selections or choose your own—it’s up to you.
